​The scope of support during meetings with a business advisor:

• validation of a business or start-up idea
• planning the development of a business or start-up idea
• developing a business plan 
• source of financing

​The scope of support during meetings with a tax advisor:

• setting up a business (choosing the form of business, taxation, formalities in registration authorities)
• bookkeeping: revenue and expense ledger, commercial books, flat-rate records
• keeping records of fixed assets and equipment
• keeping records for the purposes of VAT with the determination of tax liabilities
• calculating monthly or quarterly advances against income tax liabilities
• preparation of an annual statement or financial statement, payroll, calculation of remuneration, calculation of surcharges on remuneration and payment of sickness benefits
• preparation of employment contracts and employment documents, changes in working conditions and pay
• keeping the necessary records
• preparation of declarations, forms and tax information necessary to conduct business
