With our clients in mind, we are working to make the use of the website www.biurokarier.p.lodz.pl and the support of the Careers Office convenient and safe. We appreciate your trust and we do not want to disappoint it, therefore, in connection with the entry into force of the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC on May 25, 2018 was introduced new rules related to your personal data.

Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ) we inform you that:

1) the administrator of personal data is Lodz University of Technology, based in Łódź at ul. Żeromskiego 116.

2) the point of contact for personal data protection at TUL is the Data Protection Officer - rbi@adm.p.lodz.pl, tel. 42 631 20 39

3) Your personal data included in the registration form of the www.biurokarier.p.lodz.pl portal, as well as the data you provide in your profile or the data you provide in the individual application forms will be processed for the purposes necessary to carry out the job search process and to make decisions regarding your professional development in accordance with the ACT of 20 April 2004 on emplyment promotion and labor market institutions - Journal of Laws No. of 2017, item 1065 as amended and on the basis of your voluntary consent.

4)  if you give your consent, we will send information related to the activities of the Career Service of Lodz University of Technology to your e-mail address provided during registration.

5)  if you agree to take part in the career development survey, your personal data will be stored until you receive and complete the last survey sent by the system (the last survey is sent 5 years after the defense of the diploma dissertation thesis) to the graduate's account or to the e-mail address provided during registration.. Your account will be blocked and the data will be archived at the time of completing and saving the last survey. In the event of failure to complete the survey, your account will be blocked and the data will be archived 1 year after sending the last survey.

6)  The recipients of your personal data are external entities, in particular the supplier responsible for operating the IT system and supporting the maintenance of the software and correct operation of the portal, employers, labour market institutions, providers of psycho-vocational tests, training and workshop institutions cooperating with the TUL Careers Office.

7) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the last activity on your account. After this time, the account will be deleted.

8) you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent expressed before its withdrawal. The declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data requires its submission in writing to the following address: Biuro Karier Politechniki 3a, 90-924 Łódź or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: biurookarier@adm.p.lodz.pl;

9) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR;

10) Your data will not be processed automatically, including in the form of profiling .

We kindly inform you that the Event you will take part in will be documented by photos, interviews with participants made by authorised subcontractors of the Organiser. They will be published by the TUL Careers Office, its partners and sponsors in information and promotional materials regarding the activities of this unit.
