INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS / COACHING

We also invite you to participate in individual coaching meetings, dedicated to the needs of a specific employee.

Coaching meetings support employees in achieving their individual development goals, which in turn lead to higher satisfaction and effectiveness in action. Such meetings should be the result of the personal motivation of a given employee and can be devoted to the implementation of any of his goals.

Coaching sessions are carried out in the process of several meetings, individually agreed with each employee.

TRAINING ORDERED FOR THE UNIT

In response to the specific development needs of employees of a given unit, we prepare trainings for you that are typically dedicated to a given group and prepared for the specific needs of this group.

As part of this type of closed training, we can implement virtually any topic in the field of broadly understood development of soft skills. Such trainings are carried out in the team coaching formula and serve to improve the quality of cooperation in a given team and achieve greater efficiency both through individual employees and the team as a whole.

This type of training is preceded by an analysis of the training needs of a given team so as to best match the thematic scope and working methods. Closed trainings can be carried out in the formula of a one-time meeting as well as in the formula of a series of meetings.

When is it worth using such training:

  • the team has skills and qualifications but does not achieve the set goals

Everyone is different and everyone will achieve optimal efficiency in optimal conditions. During the training, participants will have the opportunity to diagnose their own personal characteristics and develop optimal methods of communication and cooperation. They will also learn about other dominant features that determine human behaviour and the optimal ways of cooperation for them.

"THE ART OF GIVING FEEDBACK - CLASSIC FEEDBACK VS. MODERN FEEDFORWARD"

Feedback and feedforward are nothing more than a basic tool for the work of a team manager or manager, used to give praise, constructive criticism, build relationships, express their opinions, expectations, search for solutions, development or motivation of employees.

During the workshops, participants will learn the techniques of providing feedback, conducting a development conversation, the principles of giving feedback and feedforward, clearly formulating the message and purpose of the conversation, responding to difficult situations, creating a positive atmosphere of conversation or influencing the commitment and motivation of employees.

"MY HERO'S JOURNEY - BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT"

Do you need to define your goal, are you on the verge of making an important decision for yourself, or do you lack courage and do not know what you want?

During the workshops, we will take you on a personal journey, where you will be able to gain courage and make a change.

Participation in this meeting will help you discover what is important to you, look at the difficulties that you may encounter in implementing plans and goals.

This meeting will be a self-exploration journey, where you will look at yourself from a distance.

"ASSERTIVENESS - YOUR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES" 

  • Where are your boundaries?
  • Do you feel that they are being violated?
  • Where is the line between what you want to give and what others take?
  • What is up to you in this matter?

During the workshops, we will work to identify areas where participants feel that their personal boundaries are being violated, we will draw on good practices of assertiveness and develop new ways of acting with care for their own needs and with respect for the needs of others.

"MANAGING EMOTIONS"

They accompany us at every moment, appear suddenly, motivate us to act and sometimes inhibit, are a response to what we meet on our way and affect how we perceive reality and how we choose to behave.

EMOTIONS - each of them is burdened with a certain "mission". Emotions have the function of providing us with information about what is important to us and direct our attention, affect how we look at the world, improve our body and motivate us to act – that is, they take care of our interests.

The problem arises when they get out of control and start to interfere. How to deal with it? - training.

The workshop is designed for people who lead teams and are ready to work on internal change to be an effective leader not only a manager, or director.

Leadership combines goal orientation but also a team that achieves these goals. During the workshop, we will work on developing our internal resources in order to find the potential of employees, build their responsibility, creativity and openness.
