Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Develop distributors & retailers in Polish market; conduct timely customer visits, follow up sales training, and analyze sales data.
- Execute marketing activities & policies, track progress, conducting market analysis.
- Maintain daily communication with customers in designated areas; respond to needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage retail stores, train sales staffs, and collect & analyze store operation data (e.g., sales volume, customer flow).
- Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor to support team work.
