We are looking for motivated technicians who want to learn, grow and build an international career in machine service. You do not need to know everything from day one — we will support you with technical training, experienced colleagues and a clear development path.

What You Will Learn and Do

• Learn how to install, commission, service and troubleshoot modern packaging machines • Work alongside experienced service engineers and receive hands-on technical training • Travel to customer sites in Poland and worldwide • Support machine installations, maintenance, upgrades and repairs • Develop practical skills in mechanics, mechatronics, automation and customer service • Help customers solve technical issues and keep their production running • Share feedback from the field to support continuous machine and design improvement

What We Are Looking For

• Technical education in mechanics, mechatronics, electromechanics, automation or a similar field • First professional experience in machinery, maintenance, production or service would be an advantage — but we are also open to ambitious junior technicians • Practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to learn • Communicative English for international service work • Openness to international travel • Reliability, independence and good teamwork • Interest in modern machines, technology and problem-solving

English Requirements

We do not expect perfect grammar. What matters most is practical communication, confidence and the ability to explain technical situations clearly.

You should be able to:

• Travel internationally and communicate independently in typical work situations • Discuss technical issues with customers during machine installation, service and troubleshooting • Understand technical training, machine-related instructions and customer safety briefings • Communicate by phone or video call with the IWK service team to receive technical advice or support while working at a customer site • Read and understand basic technical documentation, service instructions and safety procedures in English
