Zakres obowiązków:
With us you will:
- Work in one of HR areas: Talent Development, Labor Relations, Communications, or Organization Effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners on projects involving engagement, retention, learning, and communication.
- Run independently truly meaningful HR projects, cooperating with business partners from Sales, Brand Management, Finance, and Logistics.
- Develop yourself via leadership, feedback, on-the-job and formal trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues

| Dodatkowe wymagania | Apply if you are: - A 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year university student, or a recent graduate from any field of study. - Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, Slovenian, or Ukrainian - Skilled in leadership, communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytics. - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365. - Strategically oriented, yet able to take an operational approach when working within diverse organizations and teams. - Initial relevant experience related (e.g., gained through student organizations, volunteer work, or internships) is a plus. |
