Scope of Responsibilities:

• Adamed Management Trainee is a managerial program offering outstanding development opportunities.
• During the first 18 months, you will work in one of 12 teams: Strategic Marketing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Integrated Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, External Communication, Data Analytics & AI, Controlling, Information Security, Employer Branding, Internationalization and Organizational Development in International Markets, New Drug Discovery, Project Management.
• The program includes rotation between two areas with similar profiles to strengthen your interdisciplinary experience and broaden your overall understanding of the company.
• You will gain hands-on experience in production and sales to better understand the company’s profile and effectively manage processes after completing the program.
• Throughout the program, you will be supported by an experienced mentor who is a member of the Management Team. You will regularly discuss your progress and any challenges you encounter.
• After 18 months, you will be prepared to take on the role of a Project or Team Leader.
• We will help you define your career path for the years to come.

 Requirements:

 Higher education degree: graduating from a foreign university will be a strong asset.

• We are looking for recent graduates and accept applications from candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) is required; knowledge of other foreign languages (such as Spanish, Russian, Italian) will be an advantage.
• Full-time availability for the next 18 months and beyond, after the program ends.
• We are seeking individuals who demonstrate excellent performance during studies or in their first job, creative thinking, strong business acumen, and above all — courage to take action.
