How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead and contribute to R&D projects focused on advanced electrical insulation technologies and multidisciplinary engineering challenges
- Develop innovative solutions that improve the performance, reliability, and sustainability of energy products and systems
- Apply advanced engineering, scientific, and simulation-based methods to solve complex challenges involving dielectric phenomena and coupled physical processes

| Dodatkowe wymagania | - MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field - Proven experience in dielectric phenomena, electrical insulation systems, and technology development or applied R&D activities - Strong understanding of interactions between electrical, mechanical, thermal, magnetic, and material aspects of engineering systems - Experience with multiphysics analysis, modeling, and simulation; familiarity with tools such as Ansys, COMSOL Multiphysics, MATLAB, or Python is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and international teams - Proactive, curious, and eager to learn across multiple technical domains, with fluent written and spoken English |
