Putting together your application. First, you need to write your CV. Be succinct but include everything you think is relevant to your current application.
STEP 2:
Screening interview. You will have a short, 30-minute long introductory video conference call via Google Meet. You will be interviewed by one of our employees who will inquire about your knowledge & your basic understanding of specific, job-related topics.
STEP 3:
An indepth second interview. If the first stage is successful, you will be invited to a more detailed interview with our engineers. You must be ready to write a few lines of code & present your use of the Linux command line (we’re not only evaluating your technical abilities, but also the way you approach problems). To conclude the meeting, a separate, interview in English will take place to assess your language skills and general attitude towards working in an international environment.
STEP 4:
Review and decision
The recruitment team will review all your application documents and feedback from your interviewers. If the team chooses to recommend your candidacy for the internship, you will be invited for a final, non-technical meeting. During the meeting you will be offered an internship contract.
