Zakres obowiązków:
- Timely answer all quality related Customer queries, manage the process up to the final solution to dive highest level of Customer satisfaction,
- Conduct inspections/screenings and ensure that all (incoming, in-process, outgoing) are carried out according to the criteria, training guidelines, documentation and conforms to industrial/customer specific standards,
- Managing non-conforming materials – separating, tagging putting materials on hold/ releasing from hold in SAP system, issuing write offs and obtaining sign off from relevant people,
- Supporting Quality Team Leader in supplier quality management,
- Supporting NPI process-Verification and approvals of NPI samples, consulting specifications with supplier, preparation of trial production and related documentation,
- Support in maintaining and developing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 systems (documentation, trainings, audits, certification. H&S activities),
- Coordinating the customer returns process- receiving, quality checks, reporting,
- Support in supervision of Production Team and processes (Build set up, Organizing reworks, staging of production orders, work instructions),
- Supervising the material flow in SAP system - processing production orders, materials consumptions,
- Waste management in quality and production areas, coordinating the collections of wastes.
- Essential Requirements:
-
- • 1+ years’ experience in similar role,
- • ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Auditor certificate,
- • Very good level of English in terms of written and verbal skills (min. B1),
- • PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
- • Experience in dealing with a variety of people within the organization, sales, procurement etc.,
- • Attention to detail, thoroughness, ability to identify and analyze errors,
- • Ability to work on own initiative and flexible approach to work.

- Junior Quality Specialist will be responsible for following quality management processes including customers complaints, suppliers and internal quality issues. Will cooperate closely with the quality, production, warehouse and/ or other teams within the company and will also be expected to show and work on his/ her own initiative.
- Reporting to the Quality Team Leader, this role is for a candidate experienced in Quality Management to ensure the implementation of customer quality requirements and the integrity of internal quality processes and procedures.
- This role will suit an individual looking to develop and progress within their career while obtaining wide ranging experience across the quality management function.
