Your responsibility: 

• Providing support to the Project Team with ad hoc tasks as required by project demands 
• Assisting in the development and management of a diverse project portfolio 
• Overseeing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation 
• Participating in meetings with the General Contractor to facilitate effective communication 
• Supporting benchmarking activities as well as cost and resource analysis 
• Coordinating with Tenants to ensure smooth collaboration 
• Assisting the Project Team with environmental, health, and safety compliance activities 

Our requirements:  

• student within Civil Engineering or Architecture programs, willing to gain expertise in the project management field,
• fluency in both oral and written English (B2 level is a must),
• team player attitude,
• good command of MS Office 365,
• passion about current sustainable and innovative solutions,
• analytical mindset and great organization skills,
• knowledge of Autodesk will be a plus,
• students in 3rd year of studies or higher.
