During the GET program You will

Actively contribute to process optimization and investment projects within AkzoNobel's manufacturing environment.

Identify areas for improvement, design effective solutions, and implement them.

Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within approved limits.

Ensure compliance with company codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret project needs, provide assistance, and offer technical support.

Investigate process failures, determine root causes, and propose and implement corrective actions.

Use data analysis and problem-solving methodologies to enhance plant and equipment efficiency.

Dodatkowe wymagania | What makes you a great fit: Final-year student or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Production Management, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field. A strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing with a multinational company. Willing to relocate after the 24-month program to take on new challenges across AkzoNobel’s international sites (Europe). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams. Eager to learn and gain experience in various functions and technologies. Analytical, with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Ready to take ownership and initiative. Fluency in English and Polish is a must. |
